The Victorian Distressed ivory painted furniture Collection is hand crafted painted pine furniture that offers an alternative to the minimalist styling of other contemporary furniture ranges.
The Victorian antique painted bed features a low foot end and intricate detailing on the head end. Solid wooden slats and comfort and support and spherical bed knobs and feet are also featured. Mattress not included. Doors and large panels are decorated with curved mouldings, each finished with hand carved embellishments. These regal design decorations are repeated on cabinet edges and elsewhere. The Victorian Distressed ivory painted furniture Collection is painted in an ivory satin finish that has been distressed to recreate the appearance of age.
The result is modern furniture, with smoothly operating doors and drawers, yet with looks that suggest many years of ownership. Quality features of the range include the use of solid pine boards throughout and properly jointed and glued methods of construction.
